Human Resources Development Manager, Corporate

Location: Bangalore

Job Description

  • Over all responsibility of Human Resource Development
  • Develop & implement HR policies and procedures relevant to selection & recruitment of Staff, induction programs for new recruits, training, grievance procedures etc.
  • Ensure integration of the spread-out organization through various activities
  • Design & implement Performance Management System
  • Network with other similar institutions, HR Placement firms, Educational Institutions etc and establish a database for the purpose of recruitment.
  • Statutory compliance related to labour laws in India
  • Liaison with government and other appropriate authorities

Candidate Profile

Qualification: MBA/PGDM HR with Graduation in Any Discipline

Age: 28- 31 Years

Experience: 5-8 Yrs in handling the HRD function out of which at least 2 years should be in a lead role

Desirable: Experience in working with top Multi-national Companies or experience abroad would be a major plus.
