Job Description
CEMA’s looking for a Area Sales Managers for GE branded Lighting Products to form the part of an independent, nascent and energetic team.
The key responsibilities that the role entails are:- Developing the retail distribution business in the assigned territory
- Business Planning and execution
- Network expansion & managing channel partners.
- Conceptualizing and executing buzz marketing activities.
- Inventory planning and control.
- Implement sales strategies throughout the year
Qualification / Requirements
Experience of 3-5 Yrs in Lighting or electrical industry, with at least 1 year in similar role.Key Skills
- Must have handled a large area as a supervisor
- Lighting Industry knowledge
- Lighting product & pricing knowledge
- Ability to prepare product roadmaps, perform competitive
- analysis
- Keen business acumen and an eye for detail
- Process oriented with a high degree of integrity
- Highly effective communicator with high level of organizational skills
- Creative thinker, self starter with high energy and efficiency
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet tight timelines
Desired Characteristics
Previous experience of working in any of the leading Indian or multinational Lighting companies in a similar role.
